Hello gals and guys! 

About us:
I handle customer service issues through the email support system in zendesk.  
zendesk sent an email to us telling us that they are being acquired by amazon, we need to update our DNS / CNAME settings for our account to continue working properly.  

What we're looking for:
An email / DNS / CNAME expert who can read the instructions from zendesk and make sure all our
settings
are correct. 

In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us your experience 
/ expertise with email configuration, specifically dealing with DNX / CNAME settings.   AND please communicate, in your own words, what needs to be done based on the attached screenshot and the article at the link below, so we know you understand and can do the job.    Please also mention if you have already worked on this new setup specifically 
with zendesk before.
